Job Description:

Monitoring the warehouse for potential security breaches and reporting any suspicious activities to your supervisor:

• Checking the received merchandise against the purchase orders to guarantee precision.
• Extracting parcels from incoming vehicles and organizing them for safekeeping or dispatching.
• Following the procedures provided by the organization, coordinating the items and stocking them on the shelves.
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and with expertise.
• Accomplishing member orders and making necessary preparations for their pickup or dispatch.
• Effective inventory management requires regularly conducting physical counts and resolving any inconsistencies found during the process.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and neat is essential in meeting compliance regulations and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications:

• Earning a high school diploma or its approved substitute is an important qualification for entering the professional job market.
• Having prior work experience in a warehouse or distribution center is ideal but not essential.
• Accomplished in hoisting and conveying bulky materials, withstanding extended standing periods, and operating in changing temperature conditions.
• Possessing a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail when completing tasks.
