Job Summary

Assess, design, and implement best-in-class early-career and professional development programs that promote career growth as well as individual and organizational performance.  Assure that human capital strategies align with and support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and lead best-in-class early career and professional development programs and processes that promote career growth and advancement.

  • Deliver and/or facilitate learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with business and HR leaders on issues related to talent development, organizational change, and learning solutions.

  • Provide OD and/or Needs Assessment consultation and customized interventions that facilitate the successful development of teams within the organization.

  • Curate content in LinkedIn Learning and other resources to produce collections, Learning Discovery Workshops for various audiences.

  • Produce analytics and metrics for early-career, professional and leadership development programs to ensure we continue to produce best-in-class programs and that we continually address the needs of the organization.

  • Actively contribute to HR strategic planning process.

  • Participate in and/or lead HR/Corporate initiatives as required.

 Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with advanced certifications i.e. Green Belt Certification preferred 

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and HR preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems and effectively consult with business leaders and HR partners

  • Demonstrated strength in program and project management

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strong analytical skills, analyze data, organization skills

  • Instructional design and development experience a plus

  • Big-picture thinker while maintaining focus on details and execution

  • Strong technical skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
