Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance excellence, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure alignment with company goals.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand market dynamics, anticipate trends, and identify growth opportunities.

4. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

5. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights to optimize sales performance.

6. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and metrics to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Lead negotiations for major contracts, strategic partnerships, and key accounts to maximize profitability and long-term success.

8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new business relationships.

10. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork to empower the sales team and drive collective success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.

- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent to achieve individual and team goals.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Flexibility to travel as needed and work extended hours to meet business demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
