Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and address inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry and use of pharmacy software
