Job Description:

Striving to provide an unforgettable shopping experience, the Retail Assistant collaborates with the ALDI team to keep the store's appearance at its finest. Cashiering, merchandising, and stocking responsibilities, along with maintaining the store's cleanliness, are all carried out effectively by the Retail Assistant.

  • Position Type: Full-Time

  • Store assistants are responsible for conducting customer transactions, undertaking maintenance duties, and displaying merchandise in a clean and well-organized fashion
  • Customers can experience exceptional service when staff members engage with them in a courteous and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated
  • Work closely with your team members and maintain clear and open lines of communication with the store management team
  • In order for management to maintain control over operations, it is important that they are kept informed on any issues that arise pertaining to products, inventory losses, scanning inaccuracies, and other concerns
  • Observe inventory count regulations and validate inventory accuracy
  • Adherence to established cash policies and procedures is critical in minimizing financial loss

Physical Demands:

Qualifications:
