Responsibilities

• Ensure polite and timely delivery and pickup of customer packages and orders at FedEx Office locations
• Review the shipments individually to ensure they meet the features of service offered by FedEx
• To provide exceptional customer service, it's important to have a positive attitude and approach each interaction with a smile and a helpful demeanor. This can help to build a rapport with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
• Conduct safe and responsible driving while using a company vehicle
• Keeping your car free of debris and garbage can prevent distractions while driving
• Receive route updates from a dispatching center and adjust the itinerary accordingly
• To ensure your safety and the safety of others, it is crucial to adhere to traffic regulations

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driving permit and a driving past that is free from any violations
• Capability to uplift and bear packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills are vital in establishing a good reputation for a business
