Do you want to be part of a larger purpose and an evolving, high-performance culture that empowers you to make an impact?Responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the enterprise-wide business continuity program that allows for continued business operations and service in the event of a disaster.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages and implements plans and practices to achieve efficient and effective communication and restoration of operations during emergency situations.
Facilitates the process of creating and modifying business continuity plans for each critical business unit. Serves as resource and subject matter expert for issues relating to continuity of business operations, including global issues. Helps to lead strategic planning with business units in developing response and recovery plans. Directs the implementation and revision of plans. Conducts audits and integrated tests of plans. Provides training and documentation on Business Continuity and serves on the corporate crisis management team. Works with internal shared services departments to implement the integration strategy plans to support the continuity of business processes. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of job related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred experience:
Familiarity with the organization and business processes preferred. Knowledge of IT industry standards preferred.
