As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, you will work with our product and sales leaders to develop the marketing strategy and messaging for our segment-specific solutions. By deeply understanding our business goals, market position, and offerings, you will define and deliver our product positioning, messaging, and content strategy across the customer life-cycle to engage our customers and empower our sales channels.


We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver content that clearly demonstrates our "must have" customer value. The role requires a person who is technically- oriented, with strong writing and presentation skills. You will craft messages about product capabilities and competitive positioning, create product data sheets, sales presentations, and sales tools. Your experience working in the ad-tech space will help us accelerate even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and produce the source messaging blueprint
  • Create product collateral such as data sheets, technical briefs, and customer-facing presentations that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
  • Enable sales, SE s, partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials, such as slide decks, competitive positioning, FAQs
  • Deliver training sessions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Author original product content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers, videos, blog posts
  • Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
  • Assist in product naming by providing market, competitive and customer context
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of a product
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Develop customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
  • Drive product retention and up-sell/cross-sell strategies
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
  • Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team


Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)


Work Experience:


  • 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Go-to-market Strategy - Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales
  • Segmentation - A strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutions
  • Customer Experience Management - Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling
  • Communication - strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills
  • Project Management - Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales Product Management
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. Washington Pay Range : $143,800.00 - $194,500.00


The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
