Remote Customer Service Rep
This is an opportunity to work remotely from your home and assisting callers with any questions they may have regarding the enrollment process for clinics to accept Medicare patients. This is a call center based position where you will be on the phone for the majority of your day.
Start Date: May 1st, 2023
Training Schedule : M-F, 8:00-4:30pm (training is 8 weeks long, no time off can be taken during this time)
Regular Schedule: M-F, flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from clinics and physicians
- Respond to appeals inquiries
- Document review to ensure correct decision is being made
- Answer complex questions by reviewing the training manuals and researching solutions
- Provide up to date enrollment information to callers
- Document each call accurately in the system
Qualifications
- At least 1+ years' of call center experience
- At least 1+ years' work from home experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience working from home
