Job Description:

ALDI is seeking Bank Tellars and Stockers to elevate the customer shopping experience. Help us achieve this goal by working collaboratively to operate registers, keep the shelves stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and assist customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Bank Tellar Responsibilities:

  • Conducts customer purchases, performs janitorial tasks, arranges commodities on shelves, and ensures the product displays look inviting and neat

  • Provides regular feedback to management regarding the store's inventory, including issues with product labeling, scanning, and other inventory-related discrepancies
  • Cooperates in taking store inventory counts according to the guidelines and ascertaining inventory accuracy

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with fresh and high-quality products thanks to diligent shelf-stocking and rotation
  • A comprehensive merchandising planogram provides a concise and efficient way to ensure that all merchandising displays meet a certain standard of excellence
  • Efficiently organising new arrivals and disposing of vacant containers by disassembling them is vital
  • The successful candidate will be capable of operating machinery safely and implementing standard safety guidelines

Physical Demands:
