What YouWill Do

Work closely with bothnew and existing sales teams providing critical data support thataids in the review scope and pricing of salesorders.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of ourCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) database focusing onmaintaining uptodate and preciseinformation.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Reviewand file legal documents using internal systems andemail


• Participate in ongoing training to expandknowledge of industry and process


• Investigatediscrepancies as they arise

Qualifications :

• Noexperience necessary; data entry experience aplus


• Must be able to read write and speakEnglish


• High school diploma or GEDrequired


• Ability to perform repetitive taskswith accuracy


• Exceptional attention todetail


• Desire and ability to be a teamplayer


• Experience and basic proficiency withMicrosoft Office


• Typing speed of at 50 to 60wpm
