Among your key responsibilities as the Musical Instrument Technician, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, assist in overseeing store inventory, and strengthen the business through superior customer engagement and repair work excellence.

As our Musical Instrument Technician, you will:
- Make sure that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all interactions with clients
- Offer expert-level craftsmanship in maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments
- Keep store-owned equipment in optimal condition as requested
- Implementation of authorized warranty repair service
- Undertake other duties as specified by the authority
