Title - Maintenance Technician
Description:
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of machinery
- Will troubleshoot a variety of machinery including mixing, slicing and bagging equipment
- Responsible for preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and production machines
- Follow diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. Making repairs as needed.
- Fabricates parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 110 VAC, 240/480 VAC 3 phase.
- Blueprint interpretation
- Working with hydraulic and pneumatic
- Welding and fabrication
- PLC troubleshooting
