Job Type: Full-time

FlexJobs is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job positions across different industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
• Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
