We are hiring immediately for an entry-level position that offers a yearly salary from $43,000 to $56,000, including a base salary, team-based commission, and the potential for individual incentives. Salary is based on location, and full-time benefits are provided from day one.

Requirement needed for Retail Sales Lead:

• A high school diploma or GED credential is a symbol of personal accomplishment, perseverance, and determination, representing the rewards and benefits of hard work and dedication towards education.
• A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is a must for this job.
• Capacity to accommodate working during non-standard working hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• If there is a requirement for extended work hours, the employee should be willing to work extra shifts, mainly during peak vacation periods and the summer months from November to December.
• Associates degree.
• Ultimately, customer service and retail sales experience can set an individual apart from other job applicants and provide a foundation for a successful career in various industries.
