Staff UP is looking for experienced Medical Inventory Specialists to work in Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay: $19.00/Hr
Time: 9AM-5PM
POSITION SUMMARY
The Distribution Services Specialist will receive and process returned field inventory and fulfill loaner and fielded inventory requests to ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers are consistently being met. This includes, but is not limited to, fulfilling and managing inventory levels, cleaning and/or decontaminating returned product, communicating interdepartmentally in order to ensure effective workflow, and contributing to improvement related activities for the purpose of enhancing operational processes to better serve customers. The specific duties may vary based on the needs of the business.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

- Manage the receipt of inventory including receiving product and inputting inventory data into the ERP system
- Manage and organize all inventory related documentation
- Communicate with other departments regarding inventory fulfilment needs and updates
- Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities
- Manage inventory activity in ERP System
- Fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile Loaners
- Clean and/or disinfect returned fielded inventory as required per company procedure
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in an inventory fulfilment position desired, and should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, flexibility, detail-oriented work style, professional appearance and attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients at all levels
- Ability to articulate clearly, professionally, and effectively
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision
- Must have legible handwriting
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer records
- Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment
- Must have basic mathematical skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
- Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
