Goods Flow Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Goods Flow Coordinator to join our team. As a Goods Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods throughout the supply chain process, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and retail stores
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and schedules
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Implement and maintain efficient record-keeping systems to track the flow of goods
• Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in goods flow coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
