As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining the comprehensive proactive retention and cross-sell/upsell strategy for TFB s Government/Education customer segment. This role will develop and implement proactive retention and upsell Marketing strategies, programs, treatments and experiences for the Gov/EDU segment. To do so you will leverage analysis and data driven insights, and deploy various tactics that align to company priorities and deliver on key line of business objectives. This role will require partnership with Marketing, CRM, Channel Operations, Go-To-Market, Business Analytics, Finance, Product/Product Marketing and Channel strategy partners. An understanding of the onboarding/buying/renewal journey and the unique needs of this segment is beneficial. This role will create and execute campaigns that drive critical and timely results. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for an experienced Marketing leader with a passion for building innovative programs and capabilities, and leading cross-functionally across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Define, plan and execute Marketing strategies and manage integrated Marketing plans that engage, reflect and retain our Government/Education customer segment; strategies will align with company and business goals and priorities.
Campaigns: Create and deploy campaigns designed to get our Gov/EDU customers to buy more and stay longer. This includes Add-A-Line, Value Added Services, Upgrades as well as reactive/proactive retention treatments.
Align with Sales, Retail, Digital and Care channel strategies and experiences.
Data-driven & Insights: Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights and translate those insights into executable Marketing plans unique for the entire Gov/EDU segment.
Strategic Planning: Own and author a proactive/reactive retention and cross-sell/upsell Marketing plans; work closely with leadership across multiple functions to align the plan, gain agreement on defined outcomes and orchestrate teams/resources to support and execute the plan in a timely fashion.
Customer-centric Communications: Partner with brand strategy and internal creative teams to create a communication approach that aligns with the audience segment and supports the plan objectives.
Process Improvement: Share and apply learnings mined from base Gov/EDU accounts with the organization to maximize acquisition efforts.
Influence: May lead/mentor other managers and influence cross-functional teams. Mitigate risk and course correct when needed while measuring/taking appropriate risks.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
7-10 Years Marketing and/or related B2B Sales, Operations or Product experience, particularly with large SMB and Enterprise segments. (Required)
2-4 Years defining and delivering Marketing, portfolio and/or operational strategies (Required)
Customer Experience: Solid understanding of the B2B customer journey, buying experience, channel strategy, use cases and competitive environment. (Required)
B2B Insights: Understanding and ability to apply insights to effective Marketing plans. (Required)
Leadership: Cross-functional leadership skills including Strategy, Segmentation, Targeting, Etc. In A Multi-Channel/Omni-Channel Environment. (Required)

Washington Pay Range : $135,200.00 - $182,900.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
