Mandarin Customer Service Representative - Remote - Now Hiring

Description:

This position involves outbound calls to current healthcare members to educate them and drive them to re-enroll in the state assistance programs.

We are seeking candidates with attention to detail and organization skills as they will be responsible for following up with the members to ensure they have the proper forms for re-enrollment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree.

- A minimum of six (6) months general clerical experience and knowledge of office equipment is necessary.

-Must be able to speak Mandarin
