Job Description

As the first and last associate with whom customers interact while entering and exiting the store, Lot Associates' customer service skills are of utmost importance. Therefore, the position demands direct interaction with customers and excellent customer service ability.

  • The duty of ensuring that the parking lot is free of shopping carts and returning them to appropriate locations in or outside the store.
  • Sustaining safety and timely delivery of merchandise requires the management of traffic flow within the loading zone. This entails tasks such as coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • It is essential to remain watchful and detect any potential safety hazards or security threats in the parking lot. Addressing such concerns quickly by taking necessary actions such as reporting suspicious behavior or providing assistance to vulnerable individuals will ensure ongoing safety.
