Key Responsibilities : Review ambulatory medical records to identify documentation improvement opportunities that clarify patient severity of illness, risk of mortality, and quality indicator measuresLead the development of education materials and sessions for providers and staff on documentation best practicesWork with both affiliated and independent providers within a Clinically Integrated Network to improve documentation standardsRequired Qualifications : Nursing diploma requiredCertification as a Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) preferredMust be available to work during the day shift40 hours scheduled weeklyPosition falls within the Health Care Transformation department
