Kelly® is looking for a Warehouse Associate to work at Carma Laboratories, Inc., the manufacturer and distributor of the Carmex brand of lip care and cold sore consumer products, in Franklin, Wisconsin. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50/hr
1st shift: Mon - Thurs 6AM - 4:30PM with occasional OT Fridays.

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be:
- Executing material picking and shipping between Carma locations
- Executing put-away of inbound raw materials once quality released
- Executing put-away of production released finished goods and returned raw materials
- Assisting with picking/auditing/shipping of outbound domestic and international customer orders
- Assisting with shipping and receiving functions as required
- Ensuring adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all 5S, quality, and safety regulations
- Operating various types of forklifts proficiently
- Participating in the reporting of departmental metrics
- Performing other duties/projects as assigned by the Distribution Supervisor or Assistant Distribution Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Are an independent thinker and can problem solve effectively
- Have Forklift certification
- Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (preferred)
- Have knowledge of Lean principles
- Have experience in Continuous Improvement in a Warehousing Environment
- Have experience in an OTC/FDA/cGMP environment
