Roles and Responsibilities:

Our insurance carrier or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) clients can rely on our expertise to fill Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Claims Adjuster or Examiner roles. One of the primary responsibilities of these roles is to handle claims effectively:

• Proficient in managing claims related to General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto Liability, Workers Compensation, and Inland Marine, among others.
• Create a new claim record in the management system by inputting all relevant information.
• Ensure to accurately document all claims files to avoid any discrepancies or errors.
• Assessing police reports can provide vital information on the events that led up to the crime and assist law enforcement officials in their investigations.
• The incumbent must possess significant legal experience in the areas of Litigation and Subrogation, making these skills particularly valuable.
• It is highly recommended to establish reserves and prepare draft letters of reservation of rights to mitigate any potential financial risks.
• Managing cost, compensatory, and supplier disbursements.
• Gather statements from insured individuals and claimants by conducting recorded interviews.
• Possessing a license as an adjuster is a valuable asset.
• The market is currently seeking individuals with significant experience handling licensed bodily injury, professional liability, or medical malpractice claims.

Requirements:

• Over the course of 25 years, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills from a full-time work experience
• A decade's worth of involvement in Property and Casualty insurance
