The Role

Come lead legal operations for TuneIn s small but mighty legal team! This is an exciting and strategic opportunity for a motivated legal operations professional to take part in designing, building, and implementing legal operations from the ground up at a global, consumer-facing technology company with 75 million listeners worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Assess the organization s current legal operations capabilities and needs
• Propose and implement both short and long-term strategies to drive operational improvements
• Oversee, improve, and streamline the existing contract lifecycle
• Implement various third-party tools as needed to support contract management and other legal processes with an eye toward efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional alignment
• Manage end-to-end responsibility for legal operations technology strategy, from RFP through implementation and maintenance, with various cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT as your key stakeholders
• Develop, improve, and maintain legal processes, intradepartmental workflows, contract templates, standard forms, corporate policies and processes, and training programs
• Assist with managing data privacy processes, projects, and protocols
• Manage ad hoc projects and responsibilities such as research and analysis as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor s Degree
• 3+years of relevant experience managing projects (small and large), functions, and tools
• Ability to assess legal department needs, identify solutions, and drive project management through completion to effect measurable change, all within established budgets and schedules and with clear stakeholder communication
• Vendor management experience, including implementation processes
• Superior project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to track and analyze data to show results
• Ability to effectively prepare and present to a range of audiences
• Some familiarity with legal systems and technologies
• Strategic thinker who can work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively with and across functions to build consensus
• Exceptional attention to detail, organized, efficient, and resourceful
• Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Inquisitive, proactive, and willing and able to own processes end-to-end
• Growth mindset conducive to tackling challenges outside of your immediate area of responsibility with a desire to learn, grow and solve big (and small) problems

TuneIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. To determine your compensation, we take a market-based approach, meaning pay may vary depending on your location, and we also carefully consider several factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, and professional experience.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $84,000/yr in our lowest geographic market up to $114,000/yr in our highest geographic market and may be modified in the future.

The compensation package also includes a wide range of medical plans, a flexible PTO policy, parental leave, various stipends, and other benefits listed above, as well as an attractive equity package.
