Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse range of vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for customers.
- Utilize Penske's tools and technologies for logging, researching, and completing repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as tire replacement, vehicle lubrication, and electrical system repairs.
- Collaborate with supervisors and master technicians to learn new skills and receive hands-on coaching.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ideally 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort using tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Basic computer proficiency.
