Responsibilities:

• Accepts the responsibility of opening, mid-shifts, and closing duties, making certain that all responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, they are responsible for verifying the accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency with the Front-End Code Book and PLUs: Possesses a strong foundational knowledge of mathematical concepts, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• To succeed as an employee, one must have the capacity to provide information to colleagues, clients, and vendors in a clear and respectful manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service involves meeting expectations and standards consistently and continuously improving it.
• Effective time management and organization capabilities are a must for this position, and while previous retail experience isn't necessary, the capacity to follow directions and procedures is crucial.
• Ability to operate in a wet and frosty workplace.
• Flexibility is required for this role, including occasional work on weekends, evenings, or holidays.
• Experienced in the handling and usage of different tools and equipment, including but not limited to box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.

Progression through different levels in this position involves additional requirements and responsibilities. With each step, employees must satisfy the base requirements of the lower levels in addition to newly added duties.
