Training schedule is is 8-5
Description:
Return customer inquiries immediately to ensure excellent customer service
Answer customer calls and emails regarding service issues, change requests and billing disputes
Create new contracts for units added to site after initial order
Assist sales reps with research/corrections/updates to new and existing contracts
Work with customers on escalated billing disputes, etc.
Coordinate new pricing between vendors and customer on change requests
Coordinate add bills with AP team on change requests
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating, will be able to assist with write offs and credit memos
Process credit memos and write-offs
Audit/verify items on rent on a monthly basis
Research on damaged/missing/stolen items to reconcile with customer and vendor
Mentor and assist less experienced team members
Other duties as assigned
