We are looking for a competent Laboratory Phlebotomist to fill a vacancy in our Patient Service Center or Client office. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, execute skilled specimen collections, and act as the companys face. Moreover, we offer opportunities for career growth.

The Incentive Bonus Program is a scheme that allows employees to earn extra income every three months

Pay Range: $20.00 to $31.45

Benefits: We select candidates based on their skills, related experience, certifications, internal pay equity, and current market trends. Regular workers who clock in at 20 or more hours per week are provided with an attractive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, PTO or FTO, commissions, and company bonuses as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize both capillary and venipuncture techniques to collect blood from individuals in every age bracket
  • Acquire samples for drug screenings, paternity verifications, or alcohol analyses, among other tests.
  • Register patient data in a prompt and meticulous manner
  • Gathering billing details and obtaining payments is integral to our overall workflow and administration process
  • Ensure that the collected specimens are appropriately labeled and identified for easy tracking and record-keeping
  • Track patient and specimen information using designated forms
  • Always go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
  • The person should be willing to carry out different administrative and clerical duties whenever necessary
  • Venturing to extra sites when needed

Job Requirements:

  • One must possess a lawful California Phlebotomy License or have a submission for Phlebotomy License application underway with the California Department of Health to be qualified for employment
  • Familiarity in performing blood draws from previous phlebotomy experience
  • Record of success in delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in crafting compelling written content and delivering impactful presentations
  • The ability to manage one's time, prioritize tasks, and work without supervision is necessary for independent work, whereas communication and collaboration are vital in team settings
  • Comfortable with a level of autonomy in their work
  • The individual should have dependable transportation and an unblemished driving record if applicable
  • Ready and available to work extended hours whenever required
  • Adept in demonstrating the ability to distinguish colors on a standardized color vision test
