Senior Zendesk Developer / Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with at least 1+ year of hands-on experience supporting the Zendesk application.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for the daily operations / ongoing support as well as defining and maintaining the future roadmap of Zendesk.

This role will facilitate changes in Zendesk that focus on improving business processes and streamlining business operations.

The goal is to ensure an intuitive and quality user experience. You will solve business problems by analyzing requirements, understanding application configuration, mastering customization capabilities, and recommending strategic solutions to meet business requirements.

What You Will Do :

• Design, build and drive the adoption of communications and collaboration solutions based on Zendesk


• Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate functionality and features according to business needs


• Act as champion for optimizing user experiences and leveraging best system practice


• Manage solution scope, testing, training, and key performance indicators


• Train and assist Support teams in performing application administration & support


• Maximize value of application investments through feature activation and adoption


• Stay informed on application features and enhancements


• Be the resident expert on features and functions of supported applications


• Stay current on the Zendesk roadmap and work closely with the vendor to communicate our needs

To Be Successful You Will Have :

• Bachelors degree in a technical field with 5+ years experience as a senior level Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant and preferably 1 year on Zendesk


• Sound business / technical knowledge of the Zendesk application with full understanding of the product roadmap and future state capabilities


• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated presentation and training skills


• Work independently and collaboratively to organize and manage multiple projects from inception to completion between cross functional teams with a focus towards business usage and practices


• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple stages of a project efficiently

• Expected Compensation : $70,000 - $82,000 / yr. DOE
