Job Description:

As an Attorney at Conybeare Law Office, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of various personal injury and worker s compnesation claims. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representation, and advocacy to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury claims, evaluate the merits of their cases, and explain the legal process.

2. Case Investigation: Investigate and gather evidence related to clients' injuries, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.

3. Claim Filing: Prepare and file claims on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all required documentation.

4. Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.

5. Litigation: Represent clients in hearings, administrative proceedings, and trials when necessary.

6. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

7. Documentation: Maintain detailed case records, documentation, and correspondence to track progress and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

8. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to understand the applicable laws, regulations, and precedents that pertain to each case.

9. Legal Strategy: Develop and execute effective legal strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

10. Legal Updates: Stay informed about changes in Michigan laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to benefit clients.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active state bar admission and license to practice law in Michigan.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
