The Store Manager has the primary responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of a retail store:

Responsibilities of Store Manager:

• Identify untapped market segments: By analyzing customer demographics and behavior, the store can identify segments that they currently aren't catering to. For example, if most of their customers are middle-aged women, they could segment their marketing to target younger or male customers
• Ramp up the pace and thrive in a bustling retail atmosphere
• Assist field sales personnel in recognizing, nurturing, and preserving key accounts that contribute to company revenue
• Constructing, leading, and advancing a passionate crew unit to provide exceptional levels of customer service and commercial success
• Emphasize on evolving processes and procedures to ensure ongoing development within the organization
