Chef

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments, such as catering or banquet, to coordinate special events or functions

Experience:
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Familiarity with dietary department operations
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred
