• In all other departments except for Greeter ones, CSAs are required to be physically capable of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds unassisted, and potentially able to lift over 25 pounds with or without aid.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A period of 6 months during which one has gained experience in operating a computer, such as inputting data, obtaining information, editing data, and producing results.
• Through six months of practical exposure to everyday retail technology like smartphones and tablets, I have become adept at utilizing them.
• Compliance with legal prerequisites by obtaining licenses or registrations relevant to sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over the course of my 6-month tenure in sales, I have been able to hone my skills in identifying and catering to customers' purchasing requirements. This entails offering credit cards, add-ons, installations, and elucidating product warranties, features, and benefits.
• My experience in the retail sector spans over six months, during which time I have honed my skills in assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, as well as providing guidance on product availability.
• Dual-language proficiency, where relevant to the operation.
• It is recommended to pursue certification in a trade that aligns with a department to advance expert knowledge and boost career opportunities in areas like hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials.
