As an IBS Site Parts Specialist Trainee with their Integrated Business Solutions Division, you will receive hands-on training and become part of a successful team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Our inventory control services provide our partner companies with up-to-date information on their inventory, enabling them to make informed decisions about their stock levels and reduce inventory costs.
  • Skillfully oversee people and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Unite with the IBS Site Manager and team to carry out the necessary day-to-day, weekly, and monthly reconciliation tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide prompt and exceptional customer service by attending to all inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Help colleagues to engage with customers positively by providing assistance on product identification at the NAPA counter.
  • Stay organized by implementing computer and paper catalog systems for your inventory management needs.
  • Adhere to the organization’s protocols related to safeguarding assets, product maintenance, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The ability to learn and engage in hands-on experience is beneficial.
  • I have a strong ardor for delivering stellar customer care, cultivating meaningful relationships, and adeptly resolving problems.
  • Candidates who have worked in the automotive aftermarket, dealerships, parts, light or heavy-duty equipment, or ground support industry will be given priority consideration.
  • Adept in inventory management, procurement, and cataloging techniques for maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing production downtime.
  • Proved to be an effective leader within the automotive sector, with expertise in aftermarket service, fleet services, government contracts, or retail establishments.
  • The ability to navigate through point-of-sale and fleet management software is crucial for businesses to manage their operations efficiently.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking and driven to resolve customer problems while continuously seeking to improve operational procedures.
  • This job requires a minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or GED. Candidates with technical school or college degrees will be given more importance than those who do not have a higher education.
  • Showcasing the adaptability to work outside regular schedules, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
