Treatment Coordinator

As a dental treatment coordinator, you participate actively in the treatment plan of the patient, and educate them for efficient execution of their treatment plan. You present the treatment plan, schedule and organize follow-ups on patients who require extended treatment. You work closely with the dentist to ensure their treatment plan is communicated clearly to the patient, and make sure they work through their treatment seamlessly. In order to be successful in this role, you must enjoy working closely with all types people, have clear communication skills written and verbal, work well in a team setting, and be able to handle stressful situations. Prior knowledge of dental procedures and insurance is preferred.
