What you'll do:
- As a customer service representative, it is your responsibility to receive and attend to phone calls from customers, answering any questions relating to their account.
- Help customers understand their account by providing detailed information about its features and benefits, as well as any associated fees and charges.
- Collaborate with other teams or staff members as needed to address customer issues within the framework of company regulations and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities:
As an independent worker, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to vehicle sales, paperwork processing, appraisal assessments, and repair order management. You will be required to operate with minimal supervision while completing these diverse tasks
