With the matching process, you can connect with a person whose necessities align with the support level you're equipped to provide. The nature of duties varies for each individual, ranging from basic tasks like managing budgets, providing medication, helping with transportation, and catering to activities of daily living to comprehensive functions like dressing, feeding, handling behavioral issues, providing toileting assistance, among others. Payment is determined by the degree of support offered.
