Greeted and welcomed visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answered and transferred telephone calls in a timely.
Managed and maintained a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assisted with basic office tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.
Maintained a detailed log of visitors, ensuring that all visitors signed in and out of the building according to security protocols.
Coordinated with other departments and staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Requirements
-Basic computer skills a Must!
-Bilingual, English and Spanish is a plus
-Excellent communication skills
-Applicants should have 2+ year of experience as a Receptionist
-Incoming phone call management skills required
-Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
