Description:

The Tier I Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting customers and territory Sales Managers regarding various inquiries around sales, product support, and product usage in the Canadian region. A majority of this region speaks French as their first language.

The Tier I Agent is a front-line superstar, providing 5-star Customer Service on incoming phone calls (via a call queue) and emails (via a ticketing system). The Agent must communicate effectively and professionally to ensure accurate and prompt resolutions and have the desire to learn and grow within the Customer Support division. The tier 1 rep will answer all that they are able to and then escalate to tier 2 and 3 when needed. Tier 1 reps will be taking 100 -150 calls a day. Mostly questions on how to use the product or help with the website.

Past experience in a Customer Support role, where you have been recognized for providing amazing experiences to your customers.

Fluent with speaking and writing in both French and English.

Customer Service basics training by a professional establishment is desired.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with multiple software screens at a time.

Demonstrated ability to undergo training, take detailed notes for, and implement training accurately on the job.

Advanced computer skills needed in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Suite, with the ability to learn computer skills and programs such as Jira (ticketing system) Microsoft Navision (ERP system) and others.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of flexibility, customer service oriented, and a positive attitude.

Must communicate as an effective problem-solver and be able to interconnect successfully and professionally in a team setting.
