The Manager, Contracts in the Enterprise Procurement Organization will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners), the negotiation, drafting and the execution of strategic contracts and supplier agreements. The position will work cross-functionally to establish contracts with new and incumbent suppliers in support of corporate Procurement and Contract Policies. The position supports the negotiated termination of contractual relationships as well as guides the reporting, retention, and database system needs in support of the overall enterprise.
Primary responsibility for negotiating and drafting strategic national agreements in support of the enterprise.
Partner with Legal in the creation and execution of contracts to support strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Ongoing contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with both internal T-Mobile users as well as with suppliers.
Coordinate and lead contract negotiations between supplier, Legal and business owners. Advise on company procedure and policy, especially in the area of Procurement.
Bachelor s Degree ()
4-7 years Experience in a contracting/negotiation role. ()

Washington Pay Range : $91,200.00 $123,400.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
