Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation, reconstruction, and maintenance of HVAC systems utilized for cooling and heating in both residential and commercial settings.
• Work closely with the warehouse crew to make sure that the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites is done on schedule.
• Be available to provide on-site support and training to your colleagues.
• Use company-provided tools and equipment to increase productivity.
• Attend seminars and courses that enhance expertise and skills.
• Observing safety measures and industry regulations is mandatory for workers to keep themselves and others out of harm's way.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for this position has previous HVAC technician experience.
• Acquiring the necessary HVAC installation and repair certification and licenses is necessary to meet industry expectations.
• To qualify for this job, one must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to navigate complex HVAC systems with ease and diagnose malfunctions effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skillset alongside excellent communication abilities.
• Being competent in performing responsibilities independently and cooperatively.

By accepting this job, you have the potential to make $40 an hour with the capability to earn an additional $20 per hour through incentive pay, which can increase your pay to $60 per hour. There are also bonuses and sign-on incentives available for eligible candidates.
