M. Coast Enterprise is a developing Sales and Marketing company seeking someone to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Ambassador! Currently, we are searching for a candidate to move from an entry-level role in Customer Service to Management by this time next year.

Our growth structure is simple : THERE IS NO RANK SYSTEM OR SENIORITY! We take enjoyment in expanding organically and assuring we provide training that matches our employee's pace and learning style.

What is the company mission this year?

The mission is quite simple. Every customer will benefit from the promotions we execute aside from our Government Assistance Program.

The clients we have been serving are granting us new opportunities this year that we cannot miss out on!

What would I be doing?

• Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and assist in any troubleshooting with the customer or client


• Support the sales team by providing solutions and ideas


• Update, renew, or create new accounts for potential customers


• Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved


• Additional duties as assigned.
