Customer Service Representative - Now Hiring

Hiring a Customer Service Representative for a top financial institution in the Rockland, MA area,

If you are someone that wants a long-term opportunity for growth and can see yourself with a top bank, this is the role for you.

Pay: $19.50-21.00/hr.

6-Month Contract-to-Hire position

Shift:

• Mon-Fri: 11am-8pm
• Alternating Saturdays: 8am-5pm
• One Sunday a month: 10am-3pm

Must Haves:

• Good understanding of banking/finance and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems quickly

Description:

• Service incoming customer calls following established policies and procedures in an efficient and quality manner
• Ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming transaction with caller to ensure a mutual understanding
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships with bank through referral programs
• Utilize all available resources, and communication skills to resolve customer inquiries or issues to avoid escalation to extent possible
• Become a candidate to act as a peer coach for new hire representatives
• Communicate system issues promptly to management
