**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards for I/DD Waiver Services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create patient care plans

- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance

- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards

- Manage budgeting, staffing, and scheduling within the nursing department

- Participate in recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role

- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

- Familiarity with medical records systems and healthcare software

- Experience in acute care, home health, assisted living settings and I/DD Waiver a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
