The Senior Marketing Manager, on the Customer Strategy Team (Revenue, Retention, & Loyalty), is responsible for developing and implementing offers and programs which promote Retention, Revenue, EBITDA, & NPV, while balancing short-term and long-term company objectives with customer experience. The Senior Manager will work with multiple teams across T-Mobile to ensure the successful implementation of highly visible corporate initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Collect and synthesize insights & research into leading hypothesis to reduce churn Formulate opportunities and financial sizing Define audiences, cohorts, and targeted offers (device, rate plan, service, and reactive save) Partner cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify, launch, and track large scale opportunities based on business, customer, and market insights within clearly defined operating principles Present to, collaborate with, and influence senior leadership up to the VP level Lead multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment Manage business performance including tracking of results & contingency planning Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Marketing Strategy, Pricing, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Category Management, Data Science, Research Science, Statistics, or similar quantitative type role, with progressive responsibility Proven ability to influence senior leadership Strong business & financial acumen Ability to influence, lead, and coach cross functional teams Portfolio management experience a plus Bachelors or Masters degree preferred with major in quantitative field (e.g. Research Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Analytics, Predictive Analytics); alternatively 4+ years' experience plus PhD in Research Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Washington Pay Range : $142,100.00 - $192,300.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
