Job Description

Lot Associates are required to assist customers in loading their vehicles and keep the store entrance organized and presentable. The role necessitates interaction with both customers and Home Depot associates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and debris-free exterior setting. This encompasses sweeping the surrounding areas, disposing of litter, and displaying seasonal commodities in an ordered fashion.
• Retrieving carts from the parking area and transporting them to specified positions within or outside the store, as part of an assistance's job.
• Traffic flow management within the loading zone is essential to promote efficient and secure loading and unloading of merchandise. This might require coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Ensuring the safety and security of everybody in the parking area necessitates proactive monitoring to identify any risks and threats. Timely actions such as reporting any suspicious activity or offering aid to those in need should be taken to maintain a secure environment.
