The Senior Cost Analyst will be part of our Pricing Center of Excellence and will focus on improving the assessment of our profitability that will enable us to make better pricing decisions.

Responsibilities :

Understand the cost structure of Conferences business. Collect and evaluate financial information, determine fixed and variable expenses. Develop and maintain a cost allocation model to assess product level profitability to drive financially smart pricing decisions. Create profitability analysis reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Build moderately complex financial models to evaluate possible scenarios and to perform sensitivity analysis. Assist management in making key cost-benefit decisions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field. 3+ years of business experience, prior experience in FP&A is preferred. Be well-versed in data and financial analysis. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Attention to detail with tenacity to pursue complex problems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and with little direction, a self-starter. Strong core values: integrity, collaboration, no-limits mindset, objectivity. Ability to thrive and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 115,920 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
