Job Summary:

In order to optimize the functioning of the warehouse, your tasks will involve receiving product deliveries, systematizing inventory, selecting products, packaging orders, and coordinating deliveries to clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Go through the contents of incoming shipments and validate them by cross-referencing them with the relevant packing lists or invoices.
• Arrange shelves frequently and rotate inventory regularly to ensure freshness and minimize unnecessary waste.
• Swiftly and accurately cater to customer demands by expertly selecting and packaging products according to their individual requirements.
• Conduct the unloading and loading of delivery vehicles skillfully and with caution, using equipment like forklifts in a secure manner.
• Conduct frequent audits of your inventory and address any discrepancies that you find.
• The warehouse should be kept both clean and organized at all times.
• Support the establishment of emergency response plans and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Most job openings require applicants to have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, as it reflects their level of basic educational competency.
• Prior involvement in a warehouse or a related field would be beneficial for the position.
• Exceptional aptitude in the effective handling of warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Proficient in communication and exceptional collaborative skills.
• Being thorough and exact in following instructions is a vital skill.
