Together, we won't stop Position summary: T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineers, Machine Learning located in Bellevue, WA will collaboratively with team of business analysts/strategists, data engineers, software engineers and data scientists to come up with innovative and effective data analytics solutions for determining the business strategy. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Translate abstract and partially defined business requirements into meaningful data analytics solutions (data products and services) that would help provide insights for quality business decisions. Build, deploy and maintain large scale machine learning models for the entire ML lifecycle to help drive business decisions. Ensure scalability and optimization of the machine learning models in a production environment. Extract, prepare and model large, complex data sets using a combination of skills, including machine learning theory, mathematics, statistics, and programming. Develop complex analytical end-to-end solutions by using AI / ML and visual tool (R Shiny) and the principles of software engineering that help business leaders generate business scenarios to drive business decision making in a self-service fashion. Developing analytics-based solutions / visualizations to help inform business decisions including dashboards such as Tableau, PowerBI. Utilize programming languages like Python, R, Java or MATLAB. Querying and accessing data that resides on multiple relational/non-relational databases including but not limited to Postgre SQL, Microsoft SQL server or Teradata, cloud (Azure/GCP) based data warehouse/database municate important information and insights from complex data from multiple sources to business leaders using verbal, written, and data visualization skills including insightful influential data storytelling. Understand data analytics process workflows; organize and prioritize tasks; coordinate with developers/engineers/analysts, leadership team and stakeholders for implementation; follow the project plan, development architecture and deliver the analytics project in a timely manner. Skill requirements: Experience (1): Designing and authoring code for data cleaning; reading and writing data to/from various structured/unstructured data files; and running statistical and explorative data analyses using programming languages (Python, JavaScript and MATLAB) and packages/libraries (PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Pandas and Scikit-learn).Experience (2): Designing ETL processes using SQL and variants (HiveQL and SAS PROC SQL) to extract and model complex datasets in relational databases (Teradata, Microsoft SQL Server and HIVE).Experience (3): Developing end-to-end machine learning models using Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch and Tensor Flow) as well as other libraries in Python to solve specific problems in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Experience (4): Generating insights from complex datasets in the form of visualizations to drive decision making processes using various tools and programming languages (Excel, Python and MATLAB).Experience (5): Designing SAS programming procedures to model, transform and prepare datasets to be consumed by end users to solve business problems. Experience (6): Designing and developing end-to-end software applications to achieve various tasks utilizing Java, Android Studio and OpenCV to create computer vision applications. T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines 'fully vaccinated' as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
