Patrin Pharma, Inc. - a growing pharmaceutical company - has an opening for a reliable, customer-oriented person as a Logistics Operations Lead. As a Logistics Associate within our pharmaceutical organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in order processing, inventory management and EDI will contribute to our supply chain excellence. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:


Responsibilities:


1. Order Processing and Fulfillment



  • Receive and process incoming orders promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure timely picking, packing and order fulfillment independently and with others.

  • Utilize EDI systems for seamless order processing and order communication.


2. Warehouse Processes:



  • Oversee inventory levels, storage, and organization within the warehouse.

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize space utilization.

  • Practice and implement best practices for inventory control.


3. Customer Service



  • Address customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, and product availability.

  • Resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a positive customer experience.


4. Excel Skills



  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for order management and inventory control.


5. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)



  • Familiarity with EDI systems and protocols.

  • Ability to process electronic orders, invoices, and shipping notifications.


6. Reporting and Metrics:



  • Generate regular reports on order processing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and warehouse performance.

  • Maintain accuracy between various reporting systems


7. Process Improvement:



  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in logistics processes.

  • Collaborate with others to implement process enhancements.


Qualifications:


Education:


High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field preferred.


Experience:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or warehouse management.

  • Consistent work experience and references that demonstrate reliability, attention to detail and initiative


Skills:



  • Regular Use of and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and pivot tables).

  • Knowledge of EDI systems and their role in supply chain operations.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Use of warehouse equipment, ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
